This policy describes how Karpenstein Consulting, Inc. handles information submitted through karpenstein.ai and during prospective customer conversations. Customer pilot data is governed additionally by the applicable written agreement.
Information we collect
We may receive contact information and message content when you email or call us. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs. The public demo uses synthetic data and does not connect to your email or agency systems.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, assess fit, provide requested services, operate and secure the website, meet legal obligations, and improve our business. We do not sell personal information.
Customer engagements
Before accessing a customer inbox or system, we define purpose, authorized systems, retention, subprocessors, and deletion in writing. We seek to minimize data and require human review for consequential workflow outputs.
Service providers
We may use providers for hosting, communications, scheduling, security, model/API processing, and professional services. The providers used for a customer pilot are disclosed based on the actual architecture and agreement.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry information only as reasonably needed for the relationship, business records, security, and legal obligations. No system is perfectly secure. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the scope of the service.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements. You may also ask us not to continue a sales conversation.
