These terms govern use of karpenstein.ai. Paid services, customer data, deliverables, warranties, and liability are governed by a separately signed agreement.

Informational website

The website and synthetic demo are for general information and evaluation. They do not provide insurance, legal, tax, or coverage advice and do not issue certificates or bind coverage.

Synthetic demonstration

Names, agencies, insureds, policies, requests, limits, and workflow results shown in the public demo are fictional. Demo behavior is not a representation that every customer system or request can be processed in the same way.

No reliance on automated output

Any future customer workflow requires authorized human review. Agencies remain responsible for source data, coverage interpretation, licensed forms, certificate issuance, and final communications.

Intellectual property

The website, design, copy, and demonstration are owned by Karpenstein Consulting, Inc. or used with permission. You may evaluate the site for your internal business purposes but may not copy or republish it as your own.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access systems or data without authorization, introduce malicious code, scrape at abusive volume, or use the site unlawfully.

Disclaimer

The website is provided as available without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We may change or discontinue public website features.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by New York law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Customer contracts may contain different or more specific dispute terms.
